Ian provided me with a great introduction to meditation. He taught me the basics of calm abiding meditation, where he challenged me to focus simply on my breath rather than the past, the present, or the future. For our 60 minutes together we went through two sessions, during which he gently guided me through my practice. Before this session I was skeptical of being able to meditate at all, but I ended up booking two more sessions in advance because I feel like there’s a lot more I can learn from Ian.
